The Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation appointed Nancy
Logan as its new vice president of industry growth initiatives.
Logan will oversee the development

strategic direction, develop and direct
industry-targeted programs and coordinate efforts to increase the number of
industry participants who utilize RBFF’s
programs and products.

to RBFF as we further expand our programs that help increase participation
in boating and fishing and generate
awareness and support for conservation,” RBFF president and CEO Frank

Brad St. Coeur was named the new
marina manager at Sunrise Harbor

Goehring, a 14-year marine industry
veteran, most recently was executive
vice president of the Burlington, Wash.-based company, where he has run day-to-day operations since 2005.
He started his career at Nordic Tugs
in 1996 as controller and was promoted to chief financial officer in 2000. Before joining Nordic Tugs, Goehring
worked with Cress, managing brokerage finance for Cress’ yacht dealership,
Skipper Cress Yacht Sales. He has held
accounting positions with a variety of
companies during the last 20 years, including Parker Paint Co., Rabanco
Corp. and Safeco Insurance Co.
Goehring studied accounting at Seattle Central Community College. He
lives in Skagit County, Wash.
Miller is president of the private investment firm Cumberland Capital
Corp., and has more than 30 years of financial management experience. Before joining Cumberland, Miller held
several executive positions, including
chairman and CEO (and a founding
partner) of Fore Star Golf, and controller, treasurer and executive vice
president of finance and administration
for AFG Industries. He also has held
various financial positions at Rockwell
International Corp.

Jake Fish is taking over communications duties at US Sailing, following
the departure of Marlieke Eaton.
Eaton announced in December she is
leaving the organization to move across
the country and then overseas to her
husband’s next U.S. Navy duty station.
“It’s been a great six years and I’m
sorry to leave such a great organization,” Eaton said, in an e-mail to marine
Eric C. Goodwin was appointed assembly manager at Regulator Marine.
Goodwin will lead the day-to-day
post-lamination construction and assembly efforts for Edenton, N.C.-based
Regulator. He has been with the company for nearly six years, and most recently directed engineering operations
in the assembly department.
He also served in engineering roles in
the launch of Regulator’s new 30-foot
Express and the introduction of the
builder’s 2009 34-foot center console.
“Eric has a solid boatbuilding engineering background,” says Regulator
president Joan Maxwell. “In addition
to helping us improve our ongoing
management of quality and on-time
delivery, he will also play a critical
role in assisting us to achieve the continuous improvement of our line of
